What do you sell?

We sell a variety of items, many of which have not yet made it to our Etsy catalog. However, our specialty and what most of our customers come here for is our broad assortment of hard-to-find, rare and exotic numismatic collectibles. This includes banknotes, coins and stamps, as well as various other products which either Mellenia and/or myself have sufficient experience using to determine if it is a quality product, a useful product and one worth buying.

We intend to share the products that we've discovered that have made our lives easier with the whole world. However we can only list one item at a time, so if you don't see what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know what it is you're looking for. Should I invest in your products?

I don’t know. I sell collectibles, and I am not qualified to sell securities, financial products or services or any other form of investment.

We recommend speaking to an investment advisor and asking that question to someone qualified to answer it. Unless and until you've done so, we'd strongly recommend against doing so. We sell collectibles, not investment-grade products. This is true regardless of what you may have read on Telegram.

Do you offer financial advice?

Absolutely not.

Which if any of your items are going to “revalue?”

None that we are aware of. But we don’t know anything about anything except which items are popular among collectors.

We have limited familiarity with the rumors I assume you’re referring to, but have found no concrete evidence supporting the rumors that one or more of our products will experience a sharp and sudden increase in value against the US dollar, nor any evidence to definitively rule out these admittedly improbable scenarios from occurring.

We are so busy shipping orders and doing price comparisons among our vendors that we have no turn to research these rumors.

Consequently, we encourage buyers to buy based on an item’s value to you as a collector, and to err on the side of caution and assume the rumors are without merit.

When will my order ship?

As soon as we can get it processed and packaged up, and slap a label on it. We prioritize timely shipping above all else.

Since August, sales volume has increased substantially, and further complicating matters is the fact that very rarely are orders evenly dispersed over any given time period. Typically, there will be one or two days a week with 4-8 times as many orders as the other days in a week, and when that occurs it can take a few days for us to get them all out.

When we see that a buyer has paid for Priority Mail Express (USPS’ 1-2 business day service for domestic shipments; 3-5 working days for international orders), we will move that buyer to the front of the line. To make sure we know, please contact us if choosing PM Express.

Do you offer wholesale / bulk discounts?

Yes. Please contact us if you do not see the item(s) you wish to purchase in the desired quantity. We are happy to make custom listings when appropriate, and we will offer the larges discounts we can offer in each situation that arises.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do offer gift wrapping, packaging and a variety of different options for presentation. We will soon be adding one or more listings covering the range of options available. Should you require the service before we’ve had a chance to create those listings, please message us and we’ll be happy to send you photos and go over the various options available to you.

Occasions we are equipped to offer custom packaging for include birthdays, thank you gifts, congratulations, newborn baby, baby shower or expecting, and please ask about our special “Just a Note” and “Best Day Ever” packaging.

Included in variations we offer are gift wrapping in your choice of wrapping paper, the option to add a customizable card, special boxes, ribbons and bows.

Can you get in items not listed In your shop?

The chances are we already have whatever you’re interested in already in inventory, and if we do not we are happy to get new items in whenever possible. If we have it or can get it, we’re happy to prioritize listing new items based on requests from you, the buyer.

International Buyers: Please Read Before Purchasing!

Overseas shipments can have wide variances in delivery time, and the factors that determine how long a given shipment takes to arrive are completely outside of our control. It is not abnormal for international shipments to be delivered within a week, nor is it uncommon (although less common) for a shipment to take six, sometimes even eight weeks before finally being delivered. We do offer expedited international shipping but do not recommend it due to the nature of our products & our experience observing that the increased scrutiny from customs expedited packages receive often means they’ll be opened, and then often interpreted as currency instead of collectible banknotes (the correct designation). However , we will honor your choice should you select an expedited shipping method.

That having been said: All international purchases are made at the buyer's own risk. We will provide a scanned tracking number, but we cannot guarantee anything beyond that. The overwhelming majority reach their respective destinations, however sometimes this process can take weeks or even months with customs delays, and in our experience many international customers do not understand what customs is or how it works, especially buyers from Spain. Because of this if you are in Spain and would like to make a purchase, please contact us direct as a special exception will have to be made.

We do purchase limited insurance on large international orders, and in the event of a lost shipment in which we are able to successfully file an insurance claim, we will reimburse the buyer with 100% of the funds we are able to recover. This does not mean we guarantee we can recover any funds (it's a toss-up, sometimes they accept the claims, sometimes they deny them), but if the claim is paid out we will pass along the entire sum of the policy paid out to the buyer whose shipment was lost.

We do fully guarantee shipments to U.S.-based destinations.

When will my shipment arrive?

Please check the tracking email we sent when the item shipped out. If your item is experiencing an unusual delay, you’d probably be well served to sign up for our newsletter, where we will be reporting on such matters as potential causes for shipping delays in a manner that all our buyers can access at once, which in turn enables us to communicate better with you the buyer, but without that communication costing someone else’s shipment to be late since we won’t have to write each buyer individually during times of increased sales activity.

If you bought via Ebay, Etsy, Bonanza or some similar third-party marketplace that provides a "delivery" estimate, that estimate is provided solely by the marketplace ,we have nothing to do with it and make no promises that any shipments will arrive by an arbitrary date set by a marketplace with inventive to lie and mislead buyers into believing the product will arrive sooner than it actually will. We ship within one business day. We can control how soon we ship once an order is placed. We cannot control how long it takes to arrive once it's outside of our possession. Buyers on third-party marketplaces who complain or leave less than 5-star feedback on grounds USPS failed to meet such an overly-optimistic estimate will be permanently barred from shopping with us, as will anyone else living at their residence, or anyone else we suspect to be associated with said individual.
